Who I am
I am Alison Yama, pricing coach and former pricing exec —I’ve been a pricing consultant and pricing leader for more than two decades. I’ve enjoyed success and learned from failures. In other words, I’ve been there.
Now I am dedicating my work to improving the pricing profession - giving career coaching to those new to pricing or helping more experienced pricing pros be the most influential leaders they can be.
I understand the pressures, the conflicts, the frustration, the lack of recognition. I can help.
I also enjoy consulting on select projects. Whether its PE portco’s or established Fortune 1000 companies, I’ve created value for dozens of companies across tech, manufacturing, med tech, and professional services.
When not speaking to other pricing pros, you will find me spending time with my family, in my garden, or in the barn with my two horses.
